“Adhi Raksha Amirtham” is an initiative aimed at providing quality food for the needy started on 28th January 2021 in T Nagar, Chennai by distributing food packets. With the overwhelming support of our volunteers and donors our service initiatives grow day by day.
- Food for needy – we initiated a partnership with Adarav Trust to take their services in preparation and distribution of food for the needy. We continue to provide lunch on a daily basis for needy people along the road side.
- Food distribution during total lockdown – Food distribution was expanded to 3 times a day to cater to large demands that we received from the different part of Chennai during total lock down.
- Dry Ration – During total lockdown our team decided to distribute Groceries / Provision kits to the needy across the different locations in Chennai.
- Food for children affected with cancer – Vegetables & eggs donated to St Jude India Child Care Services – institution in Chennai focused on the children affected due to cancer
- Health Hamper to children affected due to HIV virus – Grocery kits were donated to YRG Care – An institution in Chennai primarily focused on the children affected due to HIV virus
- Nutrition for kids – We feed the kids of Shri Vidya Vikasa Kendra, also called as Thayi Mane in Bangalore with milk daily at night.
- Health Hamper to mentally challenged people – Grocery kits were donated to MANSU – An home in Chennai focused on rehabilitation of mentally retardant wandering people.
